The terms that govern Plan Draft's services and your use of this website.
Last updated: January 2025
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Plan Draft website and the drafting services provided by Plan Draft (ABN 19 824 217 117, QBCC Lic. 15204075). By submitting an enquiry or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Plan Draft provides residential drafting and documentation services for carports, patio and deck extensions, and simple room additions. Services are provided in accordance with a written fee agreement confirmed before work commences. Submission of an enquiry does not constitute a contract or commitment from either party.
Fixed prices apply to the standard scope of work described in the relevant service agreement. Variations to the agreed scope, including work arising from site complexities not identified at the time of scope confirmation, may attract additional fees. Any variation will be discussed and agreed in writing before additional work proceeds.
You are responsible for:
Upon receipt of full payment, Plan Draft grants you a licence to use the drawings produced for the specific project described in the fee agreement. Plan Draft retains copyright in all drawings and documentation. Drawings may not be reproduced, modified, or reused for other projects without prior written consent.
To the extent permitted by law, Plan Draft's liability for any loss or damage arising from the provision of services is limited to the fees paid for those services. Plan Draft is not liable for consequential, indirect, or economic loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Any disputes arising from our services should be directed to hello@plandraft.au in the first instance. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be referred to the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) or another appropriate body.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this website. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
