Plan Draft is a Brisbane based residential drafting service that has deliberately narrowed its focus to five specific services and built a fixed price model around them.
Most drafting and design businesses try to cover everything, from full custom house designs through to small additions. The result is often an inconsistent experience for homeowners who just need a straight forward set of plans for a carport, deck, or room addition.
Plan Draft exists because those homeowners deserve a better option. Not a full architectural engagement with an open ended brief and a vague final cost. Not a cheap online drafting service with no local knowledge and a generic process. Something in between, specialist, practical, and priced fairly.
We've refined our process across five services so that the documentation we produce is consistently well structured, approval ready, and buildable. The fixed price model is only possible because of that focus, and it's what makes the service reliable for homeowners and builders alike.

If your project isn't suited to the fixed price service, we'll tell you before you commit. We'd rather refer you to the right service than take on a project that doesn't fit our model.

Fixed prices are only worth stating if they're genuinely fixed. Our carport, deck, and patio prices don't change based on project specifics within the standard scope. That's the whole point.
