How it works
A clear, four stage process designed so you always know where things stand and what's coming next.
Submit your project details through our enquiry form, project type, property address, approximate dimensions, and any relevant photos or existing plans. We review the information to assess whether the project is suitable for the fixed price service. You'll hear back within one business day with a clear answer. If the project isn't a good fit for our service, we'll let you know, honestly, and at no cost.
1 business dayOnce suitability is confirmed, we issue a written scope confirmation and fee agreement. For carport, deck, patio, and granny flat plans, this confirms the fixed price: $2,490 for carport plans, $2,990 for deck or patio plans, $4,990 for granny flat plans. For room extension plans, this confirms the scope reviewed price. You sign off on the scope and price before any work begins. No ambiguity, no surprises.
1–2 business daysWe gather your site information, title plan, survey, existing house plans where available, and any site photographs. Drafting commences. We produce the full drawing set required for your building approval application. You can expect a progress update if the timeline changes for any reason. The first draft is issued for your review when complete.
8–12 business daysYou review the draft drawings and provide feedback. One round of revisions is included in the fixed price, covering adjustments within the agreed scope. Once revisions are incorporated and the drawings are finalised, we issue the complete set in PDF format. The drawings are ready for your building certifier or council approval application.
